I have a few random questions. Forgive me for them!

1.) If I have a Swan wedding (just so I can have more than 18 people) can you still utilize Disney weddings for the other portion of your wedding day? Catered meal and dessert party?

2.) I am really struggling with only have 18 people. I really want 25 people. If I have a catered meal after the wedding and the dessert party can I have more than 18 people at the meal and DP if I am still doing an Escape wedding?

3.) I am also struggling with the whole 2 hour photography package. If I add more hours will they come to my resort to take getting ready photos, monorail resort photos, and then go to the Boardwalk to take photos?

If you have your ceremony elsewhere and do your reception and dessert party through Disney's Fairy Tale Weddings, you will have to meet the Wishes Collection minimums. You could plan a catered meal and dessert party via Disney Catered Events for less, but it cannot be wedding-y at all (no DJ, dancing, wearing your dress in the parks) or they will send you back to DFTW.

Do you know for sure that all 25 of those people will actually come to your event? Most destination weddings have a 50%-75% response rate. If you plan a catered event via your Escape wedding planner, there can be no more than 5% variance in the guest count at your events. If you plan a catered event via Disney Catered Events, you can invite as many people as you want, but there are those restrictions...

Yep! :thumbsup2 Or you can hire your own photographer to shoot the event for as long as you want to pay for!

Thank you!
No, I guess I don't know for sure. I think I would have an additional three people at the catered event.
