Random Bridal Shower Help Needed

So one of my BMs is having her bridal shower this Sunday but its a surprise and she doesn't know about it. Her MOH is her younger sister and she was the one who sent out the invites. Well, her mom emailed me yesterday and said that she was afraid the sister wasn't going to have everything planned and they are from out of town so she is leaving it in my hands to do. Yikes! I have decorations figured out. But I need help with this:

1) Food. The sister sent out invitation with a "fiesta" theme. She wanted "Mojitos and Burritos". But I am getting margarita makings, chips, and salsa. We need real food though too. Only thing is, we are all going bridesmaid dress shopping first then straight to her apartment (where her fiance will be taking her to run an errand really quickly so we can set up). I am trying to figure out what food to make that fits the theme. I can't realy get frozen snacks because they will be sitting in my car while we try on dresses? Any ideas?

2) Favors. I don't really have any time to make DIY favors so would need to buy something. Anyone have any cute ideas? And if they fit the theme, even better.

See if her DF could put togther the fixings for a taco/burito bar. All that could be in the fridge so she does not see it. You could heat the meat up in the microwave. Or have someone who is not going shopping bring the meat after.

As for the favors: Do you have a party supply store near by? Check them out for themed favors.

You could also probably get catering (takeout) from a local mexican restaurant for not too many $$$.

It not super cheap but moes caters and it's really good. They will deliver and set everything up too.

I wouldn't worry about favors at this point!

Thanks for all of the ideas. I talked to the Bride's mom and she just wants me to pick up frozen foods when I pick up the cake on the way back from dress shopping. Whatever she wants
