Can anyone tell me if you are required to put down a credit card when making an ADR for Akershus for lunch? Also, do you get to sample all of the entrees or do you have to choose one? TIA!

Yes, you will have to hold the reservation with a credit card. It won't be charged unless you are no show or cancel less than 48 hours (I think, possibly 24 hours) in advance.

It is one entree per person ... unless you disliked your food. The appetizer buffet is all you can eat with some delish options
