We've stayed there for 4th of July week the past three summers, and DH stayed there several times when he had to work in Orlando for a couple of weeks at a time - the first two summers were pretty good (this is a bargain hotel, remember) - clean and plenty of towels, coffee, good housekeeping, but last summer was rough for both our vacation and DH's business trips. They were having trouble getting/keeping help and we couldn't get towels, washcloths (I finally went out and bought some), and the housekeeping was sketchy at best. We became friends with a former front desk employee and were told that part of the problem may be coming from more effort being put into their timeshare business than the Ramada itself. Whatever was going on, we noticed that several long term front desk employees had left for other jobs. Needless to say, DH found another place for his work trips and I'm looking for something else for next summer. For a night or two, the price is right, but for more than that, I'd be careful.
