Just looked at the 15 day weather outlook and it shows rain March 9th and 10th, haven't ever been when it is raining, does that affect the crowds much?? We are going March 9th-13th

I'd say not a huge impact on weekday crowds. I think the rain keeps some of the locals/passholders away on the weekends. We were there at the end of January and had a couple rainy days. It was still busy. If it's going to be rainy in the morning, crowds can be lighter as people will decide to wait it out a bit in their hotels, so I'd say if you're willing to brave the elements, rope-drop those rainy days.

Sometimes if it rains hard enough and long enough, some people will leave the parks but they normally fill right back up. Most people just go about their day or hunker down in a shop or ride.

As the others have said, I don't think it would effect the crowds too much. Orlando storms often are spotty and come and go so unless it's a major downpour that won't do away you're probably in for the same crowds.

Some of the best park days happen in the rain! Like previous people have stated it's not a huge crowd killer, but the walkways are typically more open as people are running from attraction to attraction.

If the temperature is in the 50s and it's raining, then there might be lower crowds, but not by a lot.

15-day forecast? Literally worthless. Look a day before you leave.
And be prepared for the forecast to change while you’re there. For your dates, bring layers in case it’s chilly or warm or both on the same day. And ponchos of course.

And please keep in mind that a 90% chance of rain doesn't mean that it's expected to rain for 90% of the day. It just means that there is a 90% chance that there will be rain at some point in the day, and that could amount to a twenty minute thunderstorm. As others have noted, weather forecasts more than a couple days out aren't that reliable. Wait til the dates are much closer before planning for rain, or anything else weatherwise, like the temperature trends.

Agree with above posts that rain usually won't affect crowds much. Throw a box of ponchos in your park bag (order for cheap on Amazon), and you'll be set either way. Florida is notorious for quick rain showers that pop up out of nowhere...I wouldn't put much stock in the forecast, even closer to trip time. Expect a little rain and a lot of fun!
