what do you do in the rainforest thing and is it worth it?

The rainforest is very relaxing, there are 3 different steam rooms with different level of steam, and some wonderful warm tile loungers, to just relax on, it is very quiet, and peaceful, they also have some great showers, but I could not get them to work.....

Well worth it..we get the week pass and use it every day, sometimes twice.

The showers are aromatherapy type things. Hot/Cold, fog, misting, etc. Very nice. Steam rooms are great.

One of our favorite things about the ship is the rainforest.

I've been reading about the rainforest and want to try it, but really no nothing about it. I've read you wear your bathing suit and then do you just sit in steam? For how long can you stay?
I've read you don't need an appt., but have there been times when you have gone to use it that it was full? So my husband and I both can go, and if we're on the 7-day it would be 50/each for the whole week, right? Our trip is coming up fast (but not fast enough) and I want to have every thing planned before we get on the ship.

I read. I close my eyes and drift off. I energize in the scented showers. It's really quite wonderful! My favorite time of day is first thing in the morning. The Rainforest is my happy place.

Can someone tell me where to go to read about the Rainforest? It sounds like a slice of heaven but I can't find much on it.
