It is just a regular gift certificate, so it should be good at ANY rfc.

the one I just recieved from MyPoints is good anywhere...but then again mine is directly from the restaurant...not from a GC website

All RFC gcs I have gotten I have received from reward programs. I have successfully used these mix and match in Chicago and WDW RFCs.
