Does it fill up with reservations? One of our crew has requested it. I'm not a fan but it's not about me We'll be there the weekend before Christmas. Will it be bananas? Do I need to book this thing at my 60+ morning?

We always have an early lunch there on our trips every few years around Thanksgiving and in the past was not too bad around 11 am or 11:30 but things might have changed so I would make an ADR to be on the safe side.

If you can't get a reservation through ADR reservations then call the restaurant directly. I was told that they have more reservations available then what is on the Disney reservations site.

Rainforest Cafe is bookable on Opentable with more availability than MDE. Also, it is owned by the Landry’s group. Go to their website and join their dining club as it will get you walk up preference at any of their restaurants which at Disney I believe is Rainforest Cafe, Yak and yeti, and T. rex.

We booked the Disney Springs location at our 60 day mark for December and there were still reservations available 4-5 days later at decent times.
