Rainforest Cafe ?

I'm confused. Is the Rainforest Cafe at the Animal Kingdom on the dining plan or not? Everything I can find here says it is, but over on Josh's site he says it is not. My nephew asks to eat there every time we go to WDW, so I booked it for our next trip, thinking it would be covered under the dining plan.

It was not until 2012. This is the first year that it is on the dining plan. Was just there on Wednesday and they certainly took my DxDDP. (And several people's normal DDP that were nearby)

For next year, RFC has not yet signed up, but that's 100% normal. Restaurants have until the end of the year to sign on again. (I think you know all this already if I remember the OP correctly.) There's a good chance they'll be on again for 2013.

The info on Josh's site is a bit outdated on this aspect.

And if there's one thing that's good about going home today, it's that I don't have to use my stupid phone to post

Yes, we ate at both RFC's last year. Our best meals were there and T-Rex.

Awesome! Thanks everyone! I wouldn't cancel the RFC even if they didn't take the dining plan, as my nephew really, really, really wants to eat there! I was hoping I didn't have yet another out of pocket expense to deal with!
