Is it really necessary to make a ressie for the Rainforest Cafe at DTD???

we ate lunch there in april without them, waited about 10 mins. but we have been there before with a 2 hour wait so if you can make them i would say do it just to be on the safe side.

In the past when my family and I have went to that specific location for dinner we went between 4:00 PM and 4:30 PM and each time we always walked right in without any ADR's. Plus because they are not on the Disney Dining Plan anyone wanting to use their credits can not use them there, so that might also make things easier when going there.

I've actually never made an ADR for Rainforest Cafe in the past but if you really look forward to going, I probably wouldn't chance it. We've never waited over half an hour and the time passes when you're browsing in the large shop right before the restaurant.
