Rainforest Cafe vs. Liberty Tree Tavern

I currently have reservations for both of these restaurants. I amlooking to drop one of these reservations. Which one should I keep? I have an 8 and 4 year old that will be with me. I would like to go to the restaurant that the kids would enjoy the most. Any reviews? Thank you

Personally, I would drop Rainforest Cafe and keep Liberty Tree Tavern. We have a Rainforest Cafe about 45 minutes away and could go there any time but Liberty Tree Tavern is unique to WDW (as far as I know...)

When is your trip and is LTT a dinner or lunch ressie? Just asking because LTT, as you may know, is ending it's character dinners early next year. If you are going before they stop the character dinner, I would definitely keep the LTT ressie and drop rainforest. It was my kids favorite meal.

Definately keep the Liberty Tree Tavern! We had a blast with the characters!

If it is a lunch ressie then def drop Liberty Tree and keep Rainforest.

If it is a character dinner at LTT you may want to keep it and drop the Rainforest.

Our family loves the Rainforest we don't have one that we can visit, so to us it is a place that is special to Disney.

Which one is dinner? LTT doesn't have characters at lunch. Although I like LTT much better. My kids would probably pick Rainforest Cafe if there weren't any characters at LTT.

Personally I'd keep Rainforest. I'd have gone nuts for Rainforest at those ages, and really enjoy it now. Liberty Tree? There are other character meals I'd pick over it, especially since I can reheat Stouffer's frozen entrees at home, thanks.

Go to the Liberty Tree Tavern!!! Do not bother with the Rain Forest Cafe!!! While the animals are neat, the food is horrible. We have eaten there 3 times in DTD, 2 times at AK and 2 times in Disneyland. We kept going because we thought our DD (who was young at the time) would love everything!!! Well, she loved the apes and the elephants, but that was it!!!! And after every meal, we were running for the nearest restrooms!!!! It did a jungle dance in our bellies every time!!!!! After the last religious experience, we vowed NEVER again and that we would warn as many people as possible!!!!

Liberty Tree Tavern, definitely! - if it's a lunch reservation
