Rainforest cafe on dining plan?

Does anyone know if Rainforest Cafe is on the dining plan? We're going anyway, but just planning my credits!

Sorry, it is not. We always have done RFC on all of our trips, but since we are using the Dining Plan, we won't this time. We are trying to go to places where we never have been.

Same here. We've gone to RFC every trip but not this time since we are doing the dining plan. Sure wish they would add it.

Thanks, that's what I thought. They're kind of expensive and it would be nice if we could use a TS meal, but we'll probably go anyway and make it an OOP meal.

Oh I totally agree! And I would consider doing it OOP as well, but I am having a hard enough time trying to fit in all of the meals that we are getting FREE! And that is even using 2 TS for an evening at the HDDR!

I am wondering if we will even USE all of our CS credits!

I'm with you Beth, we always eat at RFC but we will NEVER eat all of this food on free dining. If they would add it I would definately be switching though.

If you have an Annual Pass you can get a discount for lunch at the DTD RFC and a discount after 4:00pm at the RFC at AK. They don't honor DDE either, but I found when I was there in May that they do accept the AP discount at those times.

You can also use your Safari Club discount. I think that it is 10% or a free appetizer? Oh! And we also have the $5.00 off "Birthday" discount. You cannot combine the discounts, but we usually end up using the "Birthday" discount in the store.

You can print out the Dining Plan Brochure from the WDW website, it's pretty informative. It has all the restaurants listed, their location and whether they are just Counter service or Counter and Table Service.
