Rainforest Cafe - AK or DTD?

Is one better than the other? And does the RFC at AK stay open later than the park? I'm just DYING for this pulled BBQ chicken wrap that I had on my last trip to RFC and I'm trying to decide which one to make ADR's for.

I'm pretty sure that the RFC at DD doesn't take ADR's and the one at AK does. Just FYI in case you are looking to eat at one of them on a certain day or time.

RFC at DD doesn't take reservations through the Disney CRO. You have to call them directly. I'm not sure if they do reservations in advance like Disney does, or if it's just a call-ahead seating thing, though.

If you don't have an annual pass and you're not staying on property or doing a theme park that day, one thing to consider is the parking. You need to pay for parking at Animal Kingdom Park, but not at Downtown Disney. Of course, if you have an annual pass or are staying on property, parking is free. And if you've parked at any of the four major theme parks that day, your parking pass also gets you free parking.

Hubby kids and I ate in the RFC at DTD last year.
You're quite right you have to call them direct to book, but they do take reservations. I made a lunch res to go eat after shopping on a Sunday, glad I did it was very busy.
But loved it, mmmm, mojo bones!

Yes they do take reservations at DD.
