Rainfall amounts late Sept/early Oct?

We will be at FW next year for the first time, Sept 27-Oct.3, in tents. Can anyone tell me what to expect in the way of rainfall? We are a party of 8 adults, 5 children, and I just can't imagine all of those kids having to stay inside tents, if it rains a lot. I would appreciate any info from those of you who have been there this time of year!! Thanks.
