Rainbow Reef and Aunty’s Beach House questions

Hi! We’re staying at Aulani for the first time during the first week of January (when it’s going to be packed!!) and I was wondering, can you make reservations for snorkeling at Rainbow Reef in advance of being there physically? Or can you only book it once you have checked in for your stay? Also, are the no-extra charge activities at Aunty’s Beach House the same each day for the same time slot (e.g., every day at 10 am it’s the same thing for that week; at 12 pm it’s something different from 10 am but it’s the same thing as the 12 pm slot on each day of the week)? Thanks for any guidance!!

Got it, thank you! How early would you say to get down there to start waiting? I assume, like for WDW, it will be some time before the line actually opens?

I can’t remember exactly, around 8:30 I think.

@DisneyDarlingness We're normally there in the week between Christmas and New Years when the resort is sold out ... I don't think my kids have every waited more than 10 min for the reef so "long" is a bit relative (only exception was when they tried to catch feeding time once).

I was referring to the line to sign up and sign the waivers. We have also never experienced a wait to actually go into in the reef.

The line to sign up is like 5 minutes tops every time I’ve been

it was min 30 mins when I was last there. might be a staffing issue
