How does rain effect touring at Universal?

Very little, unless it is a monsoon. The coasters themselves (Rip Ride Rocket, Hulk, Dragons, etc.) may be down, but most of the main attractions are indoor. Grab a poncho for the walking between attractions and enjoy!
