Rain Suggestions

This will be my first time cruising(Disney or otherwise) and rain is predicted for a day or two of the cruise. Any suggestions on what to do?

The captain will do his best to outrun the bad weather but we did have a couple mild showers on our cruise. The kids continued to play in the Mickey pool...they were already wet. The kids can go to the club or everyone can go see a movie. There are character meeting times during the day and behind the scene stuff too. We would have a hard time not finding something to do no matter what the weather was.

We had three days of lovely weather, then, on our sea day, it started raining about 11 am and rained all day.

We had a long lunch, saw the matinee of Golden Mickey's. The kids then went into the clubs for a bit, we wandered the ship. We saw the kids do their show. Went back to the cabin and got ready for dinner. Had dinner. My daughter fell asleep in her mac n cheese - and everyone else was pretty wiped. Kids were in bed by nine. Hubby packed for disembarkation and read a book, I saw a movie.

It rained the day of CC for us! It started coming down heavily just as it was time to leave. They immediately scheduled extra activities (extra movie, afternoon show, etc.). We waited until it was a sprinkle, went snorkling, ate lunch, dropped the kids at the game pavillion, and walked to Serenity Bay. Unfortunately, their bar is not covedred and it started to rain hard! We walked back and checked on the kids. We wanted to leave the pavillion to go for a drink, and the lifeguard asked that we not leave due to the thunder. We must have seemed really disappointed because he said that he could not force us to stay. We went to the bar that is on the platform and had a konk kooler. Then we got the kids and headed back to the ship. Would have liked it better if it was a nice day, but it wasn't a total loss!

Looks like rain is in the forecast for both Nassau & CC
