Our favorite stroller for Disney is the Maclaren Volo. It has a mesh type seat and if it gets wet, who cares. It dries right away! It's also great when our daughter spills something on it, like ice cream. We just wipe it down or pour some water on it and it is as good as new! We have been through many rainy days at Disney World, and we just put our daughter in the stroller with a poncho on, her waterproof crocs, and sometimes she holds her toddler size tinkerbell umbrella while we push her. We bought a rain cover for our stroller and she was screaming to get out of her stroller with it on. It kind of freaked her out being zipped in like that. You can't go wrong with the Maclaren Volo!
It is the easiest and lightest pushing stroller you can find! A perfect travel stroller for toddlers and preschool age children!!!

Yes. I remember thinking "plastic covers?" when I saw them in Ireland, where it rains quite often, having never seen them even in the Seattle area (where it rains quite often)...but they are vented and whatnot, and are safe.
