My daughter's car flooded in U of H's parking lot last night. 6" of rain in 60 minutes! This, just six months after she wrecked the stupid thing. Ugh.

I'm in Port Arthur. Some of our roads were pretty flooded but I was able to get to work okay. Is it still raining bad over there?

It stopped about 30 minutes ago. It's drizzling now. I'm in Spring and while we've had very heavy rain for days, it hasn't been as bad as the areas in south Houston.

The tow truck driver still hasn't gotten here, because they're so backed up due to the flooded cars. It's been pretty bad.

I see on the radar that Beaumont is getting hammered. That's where all of my in-laws are.
