Rain question

I know I saw one trip report (disneybrideToni) who had to move her ceremony inside, and I was wondering if all those decorations are automatically put up for you when you are moved inside, or if they were pre-ordered to be a SBP. I am just debating on whether or not to get the extras for the ceremony (chair covers, petals, etc) and am thinking that if not decorations will be up if we get rained out, maybe I should get this just incase?
 
Great question! It would seem to me she had already ordered those for her outdoor ceremony in advance. Now you have me thinking, what does Disney do if it is moved to a ballroom and you didn't plan on having any decorations? :confused3
 
Yep I had planned all that for outside at SBP except for the two trees up front. I think that if you didn't get all that they would just have a plain ballroom and the plain chairs in there. Actually my planner told me that I was lucky I got all the chair covers and decorations or else it would have been plain.

These are the two trees I am talking about that Disney used but I think they were only used to hold out my tulle swag. Also, the flowers on the table were really the flowers that were supposed to go in the middle of the swag but I guess they couldn't do it in the ballroom so they put them on our altar table instead.

This just came up for us too - we are having our ceremony in France, so i felt we didnt need decoration. BUT our back up location is a loft in the Norway pavillion, which in my opinion is ugly and needs decoration.
Our planner basically said if we felt there would be a need for floral in Norway, then we needed to order it and plan for it to be there in france as well.
Kinda stinks! So I ended up ordering some simple flowers at the end of the rows...
 
Our wedding was at the Yacht Club Gazebo and in case of rain would have been in a convention center room there so I had a concern about decor. We were assured that we decor we selected for our ceremony would be used inside, including the hanging floral balls lining the aisle. I don't know what would have happend with the ribbon that decorated the gazebo, I suppose they might have attempted to use it somewhere else.
 
Is Toni the only Disboard bride who has had their outdoor ceremony moved indoors? I am kind of interested in some pictures.
