ok, there is a ribs, steak and shrimp entree. and there is a steak and shrimp entree. but there is no ribs and shrimp entree.

I know the rib slabs are probably precut to the size needed to go with the trio. and perhaps the shrimp are also figured thusly.

but we just don't want that cheap cut of flat iron steak. is there a way my husband can order ribs and coconut shrimp? (I realize many menus ,esp with chain restaurants, have a "no substitution" policy)

yes I figure one of us can get the ribs and the other the coconut shrimp, but I'm considering the shrimp platter for myself.

I would think they would let him order whatever he wants honesty. We eat at the one at Animal Kingdom all the time and have never had issues with subbing something on or off of our meals. They have always been very accommodating. I would assume you would get the same treatment. There may be an "up-charge" etc. Still, you get what you want in the end :)

You could order the rib entree and then add coconut shrimp on the side. The shrimp is under "enhancements". Or you could order the coconut shrimp and order the ribs on the side which are also under the "enhancements".

I wonder if those enhancements are covered on the dining plan. thanks!
