Hi Everyone
Any rides you cannot do at Universal in the rain?

Thanks in advance!
 
They only have 3 outdoor rides, Flight of the Hippogriff, Jurassic Park and the carnival ride next to Minions. The backlot tour operates in some capacity when it's raining.
