Does the Magic Kingdom Railroad operate during the 3pm parade? Thanks

It stops rolling about 10-15 minutes BEFORE the start of the parade,
and the trains start operating again about 15-20 minutes after the parade has begun.

1) It MUST stop during parades.
2) The floats go across the tracks prior to Frontierland.
3) Once the all floats have passed, the trains move again.

NOTE: It has been proven that floats people on tracks and moving trains do not mix.
