Found on Yahoo! this morning:

The Hong Kong government said Tuesday it has reached an agreement with MTR Corp. for the construction of a HK$2 billion rail link to the city's Disneyland theme park, currently under construction.

The government said in a statement it will provide financial support for the project, by waiving HK$798 million in dividends payable to the government over the "next few years," based on its part-ownership of the rail operator.

Sounds like it could make it easier to get to in 2005.
