Raglan? WPC? Dining Plan?

I didn't see these two restaurants on the 08 dining plan? Are they on there but not yet listed?? These would be the first two that we would want to visit in January. Also, The Earl of Sandwich - didn't see that either. Help!

There are other threads on this forum where some of the posters say they have had it confirmed by Disney that all the non-Disney restaurants that previously participated will accept the dining plan for 2008, except for Tutto Italia, Teppan Edo and Tokyo Dining. These restaurants (which are now under new management) are still pending a decision.

I just checked the Official Disney Dining plan brochure for 2008 and both of those restaurants are listed!
