Raglan Road ?

I made an ADR for RR at 10pm... DH and I wanted to check it out because we've heard great things about it. We were planning on just getting apps/dessert and watching the entertainment. When I looked at their website, it looks like the dancing ends at 9pm but the music goes on much later.

Is it worth going to see the band without seeing the dancing?

If you are just having some drinks and apps, I would keep it. It is a good pub atmosphere, just relaxing and taking in a little live entertainment.

The food is good regardless of the dancing so I'd keep it. If you have an option of going earlier and wanted to though I'd try just to check it out.

Did you want an earlier ADR time? You could check on open table for a reservation.

I picked a late time because it's our AK day, and since ROL should be open we thought we might go after the show... A lot depends on timing since I have no idea what time the show will be, if there will be FP's, or if there will be a dinner package that could go with it...

So, even though I'd like to try RR, I may have to cancel...

Do you have any off days? Are they on a weekend? RR has a terrific Weekend Brunch where the dancing actually starts at noon. There's a brunch menu AND you get the rest of their menu as well. It's really the best time (IMO) to go.

We just took our family of 8 last week and it was their favorite meal of the week. We had deluxe dining so we literally ate every app and every dessert on the menu. Ask me questions! I will say we had an 8:30 ADR and the band was LOUD! No way to hear anyone more than next to you at the table if that matters.

Thanks for all of your ideas! We are eating at Narcoossee on the one off day we have. We get in on a Sunday and leave on Saturday, so I don't think we can do the brunch.... I will look at our adr's and see if things can be moved around.

Just talked it over with DH, and I moved some things around so we could go to Raglan Road earlier.... I got a 4:30 ADR - it's a bit early for dinner for us, but we will make it work so we can go to ROL show at AK. Hopefully, that time will work!
