We are considering trying Raglan Road for the first time on our up-coming trip. I have read some great reviews and my DD will be able to get her own Fish Fry! I was wondering, because it is located in Pleasure Island at Downtown Disney, will we be required to pay to get inside? I thought that Pleasure Island opened later in the evening and you had to pay a cover charge to enter. We have always gone with children so we have never had the chance to check it out!;) I know this is probably a stupid question, but thanks for any reply!:goodvibes

Oh good question. I'd like to know too.

And does anyone know the dinner hours for Raglan Road?

There is no charge to wander through PI anymore, just to enter into the clubs. There is lots of foot traffic and families going through there now.

I am not sure of dinner hours, I'm sure WDW-Dine can tell you.

They got rid of the single admission charge to the island, which allowed them to place the restaurant there. PI is now free admission to the area, but the old clubs now have an admission charge. Raglan Road is not a club, so not subject to the charge.

If you do want to go to some of the clubs, there are multi-club tickets available at Guest Relations.

Raglan Road is in Pleasure Island but there is no charge to enter the restaurant

This is from their website:

Hours 11:00am-1:30am 7 days a week.
Lunch Served 11:00am to 3:00pm.
Dinner Served 3:00pm to 11:00pm.
Bar Menu Served all day.

Live Entertainment starts at 9:00pm to 1:30am, with our Irish band and Irish dancer, who perform 6 nights a week. Live music with Paul Duffy 8:00pm-1:30am on Sundays.

This our favorite place!!!:thumbsup2

What is the latest time you can make an ADR?

Thanks!
On my last trip (last March), I cancelled my ADR for Boma in the AKL and made an ADR for Raglan Road in the afternoon for dinner that night. And I'm glad I did!! If you haven't read my glowing review (w/pictures) you can find it on page 2 of Dining Reviews.

Good luck.

Another one on top of this one.

If we're coming from OKW to eat at RR, what is the best way to get there? We don't have rental car. :confused3

Boat to DTD or Bus to Pleasure Island/DTD

I'll slightly disagree. Taking the boat from OKW means you get off at the launch by Rain Forest Cafe. It's a lot further to walk from the boat than from the bus stop. I'd take the bus and get off at the Marketplace. Then just head towards the Lego store and beyond. Raglan Road will be just around the corner once you pass Fulton's and the counter service Cooke's of Dublin.

I'd just hop on the bus, too. Easy to find once you get there - you can always just follow the sound once in the area =)
