Raglan Road Vs. Cooke's Of Dublin

Hello, I am looking at the dinner menus on the DIS for Raglan Road and Cooke's of Dublin. Raglan's fish and chips are $16.95, and Cooke's are $8.95. What's the difference?

Both are beautiful the difference is that Raglan Road is a sit down restaurant whereas Cookes is a counter service.
