Raglan Road ?'s

Hi DIS experts, I have some Raglan Road questions.
We have ADR's here in October. They are later than I would like but DH and DS (adult) want to see the entertainment as well as have dinner.
Is there somewhere special that I need to request to sit? We want to see the Irish Step Dancers as well as hear the Irish band singers. We are willing to sacrifice a nice "quiet" dinner for the entertainment.
I have read that there are mutltple bars and mutltiple rooms.
Where do we want to be to enjoy dinner and partake in the Irish entertainment?

Ask for a table in the main dining room - if they try to seat you in the side dining room or at one of the bar tables ask the hostess if you can wait for a table in the main room because you'd like to better experience the show.

That's what we've done both times we've eaten at RR and they've always been very accomodating. You might have to wait a little longer, but if you're not in any rush then I think it's worth the time.

The band there is very good and the restaurant is a lot of fun once the music starts - hope you have a good time!

I dont know what time your ADRs are but I am 99% sure the entertainment starts at 9- even the dancer! We went in March for the dancer because my DD5 takes Irish Dance. At 5 years old, there was no waiting to see her at 9 I wish I would have known that the entertainment started that late.

Simply tell the hostess that you would like a table (not a booth!) from which you can see the band and the dancer. We ate at RR twice during our last trip and just love it there! Enjoy!

Thanks for the answers. Our ADR is for 8:30, as I knew the entertainment started at 9. We are 3 adults and looking forward to this evening. We will have a late start the next morning.

Be sure that you are in the main dining room. Last time we sat in a side room and could not see any of the entertainment. Plus the service was very slow. The slow service might have been tolerable if we had been able to see the entertainment while we waited.
