Raglan Road/Cooke's of Dublin on dining plan?

Are Raglan Road and Cooke's of Dublin on the dining plan. I am assuming after reading about them that Raglan Road would be considered a sit down and Cooke's a counter service. Anyone know??? Thanks

Yes. They both are RR is a TS.
