Raglan Road and Rose & Crown....how do they compare?

Anybody been to both? How different/similar are they? I've looked over the dinner menus from both places, and it seems that Raglan Road has more selections. The fact that we could hang out at Rose & Crown for Illuminations sounds fun, but it's really not all that important as we have other nights to be at Epcot. Which place is more fun? Who has the better food? Our party will be me, DH, DD17 and DD22, so no worries about small children. We will not be on the DP, so that makes no difference as to which place is a better deal. Looking for opinions.......TIA!

Rose and Crown is great, and is one of the best Illuminations spots.

I like both of them. I would say that Raglan Roads food edges out Rose & Crown. They both have Guiness so that is all that matters to me. Raglan Road is really beautiful on the inside, better than Rose & Crown.

Lets see -
Food = RR
Decor = RR
Beer = RR/R&C (they are both pretty equal here)
Entertainment = RR
Downhome Pub Feel = R&C
Illuminations = R&C (but no guarentee you will get to sit on the patio)

All things being equal - Raglan Road and then Pleasure Island is right there for more adult fun.

For you and the grown kids, definately Raglan Road. The food is much, much better at Raglan than at Rose and Crown. Service at Raglan Road is excellent. Since they opened we have been to Raglan a 1/2 dozen times.

We ate at Rose and Crown once, definately not impressed, never went back. We just stick to the pub side and a cheese platter there now.
