My family and I are going to WDW in the end of the month 24th-Nov 2nd. We are looking for a decent hotel to stay at for our first night. We are planning on staying off property the first night, but seeing how this is our first time doing so. We are unable to decide where. We saw on mousesavers that the Radisson was only $70-$80 a night and thought that would be a good option. I was unable to find too much info on here about it so I wanted to ask. We would have liked to stay at a value but they are all booked up that Friday. I'm guessing it's because of the TOT 15K. So any help would be greatly appreitiated. Thank you pixiedust:

We stayed there for 1 night last year, and enjoyed it. The room was the standard size, with 2 doubles. Nice beds, clean, and close parking. The freeform pool was great! The employees were professional and helpful. We'd definitely stay there again.

You may know this already, but just in case, this resort is not in Celebration.
So many people drive in looking for the Radison.

Yeah, That's what I read on another thread. That it's listed in Celebration, but its location is not actualy in Celebration. Either way is fine with me, as long as it is clean. We are only going to be in the room for the night. We will be leaving very early in the morning to start our stay at AKLV, then over to BWV. :cool1: :thumbsup2

Hi we are staying down the street from the Radisson resort right now. It looks really well maintained from the outside and every time we drive by there is lots of activity outside of people checking in and out. Not crazy busy activity just the normal goings on you would expect to find at a popular hotel. It is only 5 mins to the entrance to that Celebration community and about the same to the start of International ave. I think the location is really good.

We are staying at the Palm's hotel and I found this for 49.00 a night on Expedia.ca (Canadian site). We are here for one night until we can get into our regular condo ressie.

This hotel isn't bad at all. I wouldn't want to stay here for a week but for a night or even a few nights it is clean and not completely outdated.
