Radisson Question

If anyone has stayed at the Radisson what kind of room did you book. We will only be there for the one night before the cruise. We don't even get in until 4PM. We have two kids.

Would you recommend the $99 room or would you pay the extra and get the $129 special with the included b-fast for 2 adults and 2 kids.

I know I'm stressing over every little detail here. (One of the 2 kids is only 14 months).

What do you think?

Janine

We stayed in both rooms, if your not going to be there long at the hotel I would stay in the standard room. The Suite is Wonderful though. I highly recommend the Suite, if you have time to enjoy it.

If you look back a page or two Irish Cowboy posted about a $69 coupon (for standard room) that was available in one of the tourist mags. He used it with no problem. We've decided to go with a one bedroom suite as we are arriving on a red eye and will likely spend some time in the room before we board the ship the next day.
Hopes this helps

I wish I could use the coupon but it expires on April 30th. I'm traveling on May 3rd. Anyone one of another coupon that will cover my date???

We stayed in a Jacuzzi suite with the breakfast.
The room was great, lots of room and we could see the Magic from our window the next morning (although it took a minute to confirm it was the Magic).

The breakfast was so-so. It was a buffet with a few other selections offered. But I was so excited I couldnt eat much.

Does anyone know if there is a room to accommodate a family of 6, or do I need to book two rooms?

Thanks!

DisneyPoly,
The room we had (Rm 603) might work. The bedroom had two king sized beds, and the living room had a queen sleeper sofa. It was $129/nt AAA rate.

Check the Radisson website. We got a standard room HOT DEAL for $89, plus we left the car there for free all week. The standard room is small, so you have to decide whether you'll feel cramped.
The night we were there it rained and it was chilly so we didn't spend a lot of time at the pool and ended up in the room watching tv. It was fine for a night but I wouldn't do it for more than that.

We had a Std. room confirmation for $99, but when I checked in I asked if there were any specials, and was given a $79 rate. The room was lovely - 2 beds, plenty of room..we ate breakfast at the Greek Restaurant (next door) Zachary's - it as very reasonable and good enough - you will be getting so much food on the ship you don't have to fill up on breakfast pre-cruise! - And of course we saved $49 for leaving the car all week and using the Radisoon shuttle..so it was a bargain for us at a net cost of $30 for the room. My confirmation for my next cruise (using my $99 voucher) is again for $99 - but I will be watching for specials, and if nothing shows up, I will try and ask at the desk at checkin.......Hope this helps
