Radisson Lake Buena Vista

So this hotel looks great, and I can get it for around $100 a night. Has anyone stayed here? It used to be an old Days Inn but they just renovated the whole hotel. It is on Apopka Vineland Road, right before you get to Hotel Plaza Boulevard. The only thing that concerns me, is that, upon reading reviews, If you are driving on the other side of Apopka Vineland, you have to go past the hotel and do a uturn at Vineland Avenue. I'm not really familiar with U-turns, as I live in an area without heavy city traffic, but how difficult is it to do a Uturn here? Is there a light that indicates the uturn signal or do you just do it when possible? These questions sound stupid but I am trying to figuire out what to expect. Thanks!
