Radio City Show do they ever cancel?

After being on hold for 2 hours..yes 2 hours, thank goodness for speaker phones...I finally got through. Since I live on LI and train service/subway service is closed and they are advising you to not drive, they will give me a refund. I have to send my original tix with a note explaining todays situation and they will refund my money. They said the show is still on, but will make an exception today only because the show is a limited run and ends on Sunday. Thank goodness.....We will have to try again next year when it returns.

I am so glad you were able to get a refund. We can't even get through to Radio City. . . . keep you all posted.

not sure what shows but I got an email from Broadwayworld.com last month that says the certain theatres will exchange your tickets during the snow season if you cannot come to see the showbecause of the weather. I guess it is supposed to help them fill their houses because Jan-Feb are the slowest months because people wont buy tickets in advance in case of snow.

OP Again with an update: received a full refund from Radio City via Ticketmaster! Yippee! It was a bit of a hassle but ended on a good note. Guess we'll try again next year!
