I apologize in advance if this has been answered elsewhere but I haven't read this anywhere.
I understand that RSR may not be running right away due to a breakdown first thing in the morning. Are FPs still being distributed during this time or do they pause the distribution of FP till the ride is operating again?

FP distribution begins at 8am, and is usually done by 945a. They don't stop for e-stops like other rides, simply because the window is so brief.

You may get another FP when your window on the FP opens or two hours, which ever comes first. Keep in mind that Screamin' is still disconnected and the WOC FPs have no effect on your ability to get other FPs.

The FP system for the two parks isn't connected, so you have the option to get a FP for something busy in CA and then walk over to DL and get a FP there then ride something else. A little more walking, but sometimes you can work the crowd that way.
