Raddison Resort Parkway??

This will be our first trip ever to Flordia that we are not doing Disney , but we were given annual passes to sea world and busch gardens so we figure we should make a trip to check them out.
Has anyone ever stayed at the Raddison Resort Parkway? Does it compare to a Deluxe at Disney? We will have a car, but would not mind being close to DTD. Any suggestions?

I would go with being close to SW - the HGVC or Renaissance is across the street.

I wouldn't put in the deluxe cat - more like a moderate - but no disney of course.
