I think i'm in High School in the USA, but in College in the UK... Well, a 6th Form college anyway. After this, I go onto University.

I am from Canada, but our educational system is the same in North America.

Yeah, ours is a lot different. One thing I know is different is that we take GCSE exams at Yr10 - Yr11, then after that we can leave school if we so want, but we can also continue school doing our A Levels.
