Mitzi told me Lady Gaga scares her. I can see what she means. Watched her performance at the MTV Awards, and had no idea what was going on... Mitzi was cowering in fear over her bleeding thing, and how she got it in her eyes.

It was literal respresentation of the paparazzi. How the paparazzi injures and cripple celebrities so much until they bleed and die. Adn even when they die, it's a spectacle, as shown by the beautiful light shining from behind her.

Uhhh no idea. She just died. Probably suicide Id assume. She probably wouldve hung herself by her neck if she couldve, but i doubt MTV wouldve let her.
