Read something on the VMK boards about making a thread on VFK will be unallowed and if you do it, the thread will be closed. Then it says if you try to restart a closed thread, you get infractions... doesn't that go against what the DIS has recently done where we have to restart a thread when it gets over 250 pages long and is closed?
