square root of that is 3.34

3.34 times 3 is 10.02

All my calculations have been rounded up to 2 decimal points though...

But I don't know how to find the first quartile.

Ok so I got: 3,6,9,2,1,7,8,3.

How do you find the first quartile.
I wasn't paying attention...unfortunately.
Then for the line in the middle you'd just find the average?

Do you take the numbers in the boxes average.
Or all the numbers.
Because it'd sitll be 4 something...

39 divided by 8 is 4.875....

Where'd you get 2 and 7.5 from...
How do you figure that out?
