yes in Newport.
5 killed so far i think.
A car was being chased by a police car and it somehow managed to get on the wrong side of the road, the police car did not follow it down the wrong side and the car going the wrong way crashed into an oncoming vehicle between junctions 25 and 25A, which is in newport, which is the main road used by my teachers as they all live in newport or cardiff even tho my schools a good 45 minutes away from them. It took them aggggeesss to get here even tho the crash happened at about 3:25am and the ambulance and police were on the scene 5 minutes later
