yep and it worked. The only reason I'm still up is because I haven't taken them yet. For me they work instantly.

I haven't taken mine all week...I was going to take them tonight, but now its two thirty and I don't want to bother...I'll take them tomorrow night. Then I can sleep in monday. Woo who. My lack of sleep has landed me with a cold. Who the heck gets a cold in the summer. Lol. Me thats who. I'm just worried about getting a cold before dis in dec. That would suck.
