Rack rates

I am hoping to go to hrh for 7 nights late april or early may. Is the 30% stay longer rate always off of the rake rate? Would an anual pass change anything? Or do you think 30% is the best I will do.

My understanding is that 30% is the max so an annual pass would not get you more with a 7 night stay...
