Sorry for the delay, the answer is the time on Big Ben.
As you fly over London looking down on Big Ben it says 8.15. The time used in the film when the children land on Big Ben's hands.

However there is also a mural near where you load onto the boats that shows the time as 7.15 (which I hadn't realised) so both times are correct.
