Rachel's Challenge- Columbine

If anyones school has a chance to have Rachel Scott family come to the school, make sure you see them.
Rachel Scott was killed in Columbine shooting. Her family is going to all the schools to talk about the incident and how rachel life affected others.
It is very moving, have tissues with you.

My DD high school showed to the students during the day and then had it again at night for the parents. Alot of students came back to watch it again-
it was that good.

If they come to your neighborhood please go and see them

So sad, I was living in that part of Colorado when the Columbine tragedy happened. We went to the public memorial and it was way to sad. You showed up on the buses (they were giving free rides from all over Denver and outskirts) and there were people waiting to hand you flowers, you got a huge bunch of them. Then if you wanted to you could walk over to the memorial that had been put together and place flowers at each of the childrens personal memorial sites. Thinking about it today still makes me so sad. And then when we walked back to the main site of the memorial, that was sad in itself. Amy Grant sang and doves were released, it was so moving. I was 5 months pregnant at the time so hormones made it even worse for me.

I would love the opportunity to hear Rachels parents speak.....
