I have emailed Tim and he responded once to say that yes he can do it, but he is very busy with some other orders. That was over two weeks ago and I never heard back from him. I was never sent an invoice either. Should I email again? I don't want to make him mad....

I don't usually get the invoice until the order arrives, but I've been working with them for a few years. Maybe email Tim and ask him for an ETA. If you're trying to get it for Jan, you might want to mention you have a deadline.
