Ever notice that there are very few July event for us southerners. Thankful since the new desert southwest (better know and the Gulf Coast) is blazing hot.

Thanks! This was my third weekend of 5ks in a row, and I've been really happy with how consistent my races have been.

I ran the Kent Cornucopia 5K last Saturday.
It was a beautiful morning.
I actually came in first for my age division and received a nice plaque.
That made me feel pretty good!
