Race Day Transportation

We are booked at CR for Marathon this year. Please tell me that the monorail is used to transport runners to the start?? How about 5k and 10k? Both my husband and I are running the 5k and he is running the marathon.

For WDW Marathon Weekend in January 2015? If so, all resorts are "host resorts" so there will be some transportation. Just not sure if it's by monorail.
