RAC Baggage check for elite status members?

I put this on the ME thread, but thought I'd ask.

Will the RAC people know that I am part of the elite frequent flier status w/ United when I got to check bags and know I don't pay for checking bags? If not, then I'll have to check at the airport.

Yes, it comes up on their computer. I was Delta Medallion last year and did not get charged for bags.

On a similar note; what about airlines that don't charge baggage fees to active duty military?
